Nitish Nirsimloo, Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), began his career at KPMG in 2005, where he developed his expertise within the Audit and Transaction Services teams.
In 2010, he joined Mauritius Commercial Bank as a Private Banker before moving to Deloitte in 2013 and progressed to the position of Senior Manager within the Financial Advisory practice. During this period, he was involved in numerous international mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, financial due diligence assignments and strategic advisory engagements across various industries.
In 2018, he joined SBM Capital Markets as Lead Analyst, where he led corporate finance activities and contributed to the management and oversight of private equity. His role involved advising local and regional clients on various key strategic transactions.
Since 2022, Nitish has served as Vice-President Corporate Finance at Safyr Capital Partners, leading debt and equity capital raising mandates, mergers and acquisitions engagements.
Throughout his career, he has advised on transactions totalling several hundred million US dollars across a broad range of sectors.
Nitish joined Grant Thornton Mauritius in July 2026 as Partner of the Advisory service line.
