With over 25 years’ experience in complex corporate and financial environments, Sattar is a recognized expert in transactions, asset recovery, and cross-border advisory services.
He has headed the Insolvency Department at Grant Thornton Mauritius and has managed numerous high-profile insolvency and recovery mandates spanning Mauritius, Africa, and India.
In addition to his operational role, Sattar serves in a number of leadership and governance positions. He has held board directorships in companies within the global business, property, and financial sectors.
He is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).
